Our Baseball & Fastpitch Association is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization dedicated to providing a positive, safe, and development-focused experience for all players.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance, planning, and direction of the association. Board members work collaboratively to ensure the association operates fairly, transparently, and in the best interest of our athletes and families.

The Board of Directors oversees:
Long-term planning and development of baseball and fastpitch programs
Financial oversight, budgeting, and fee structure
Policies, procedures, and risk management
Liaison with governing bodies and leagues
Support for coaches, volunteers, and families
Ensuring a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment
All board positions are volunteer roles. Board members generously donate their time to support the association and its players.

Board meetings are held regularly throughout the year, with our AGM typically in June
Meetings focus on planning, operations, and ongoing program needs
