Volunteer Information – Baseball & Fastpitch

Coach & Team Staff Volunteers

We are always looking for coach and team staff volunteers for both baseball and fastpitch programs.

No prior coaching experience is required — especially in younger divisions. Support, resources, and guidance are provided, and many roles can be shared among multiple volunteers.

Coaching is a rewarding way to:

  • Support your child and their teammates

  • Help players develop skills and confidence

  • Be actively involved in the season

  • Strengthen our association and community

If you are interested in coaching, assisting, or managing a team, please indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.

All Coaches & Assistant Coaches need to have a CRC check. Please follow the link below to submit yours. 


Our Baseball & Fastpitch Association relies on volunteers to create a positive, organized, and enjoyable experience for all players and families. 
Volunteer support is essential to the success of our programs, and we truly appreciate the time and effort families contribute throughout the season.

Parent Team duties include:

  • Field raking and basic field preparation

  • Scorekeeping during games

  • Setting up and taking down equipment

For Fastpitch teams, team duties may also include:

  • Volunteering at the concession at Fulford Field

    • Concession shifts help support fastpitch programming and game-day operations

    • Schedules and expectations will be shared by team staff or the association
